Establish a customized project
Please send us your customized request, and we will have dedicated business personnel to handle your project. We will determine whether to charge a design fee based on the complexity of your customization requirements.
Detailed communication
Our sales representatives will coordinate with you on all the specific requirements, including the blade steel, handle material, locking mechanism, functional specifications, box packaging, and so on.
Design draft finalized
The designer will follow up on your requirements to create 2D and 3D design drawings, and communicate with you about various details that need to be adjusted to meet the actual production requirements. (Notes: the 3D drawings are usually sent only after the sample fee has been paid)
Sample production schedule
After the design draft was finalized, our factory began the production of the actual samples. The production time for custom samples will depend on the complexity of the product and is usually no less than one month.
